Degree Plans
The Department of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Texas at Dallas offers the following undergraduate degree plans.
- Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with specializations in
- Applied Mathematics
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science
- Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics
- Students may add the UTEACH Option to the Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics to enable them complete both a rigorous Bachelor of Science degree and all course work for middle or high school teacher certification in four years. Teacher certification may also be obtained through the Teacher Development Center.
- The Fast Track BS/MS degree program provides the opportunity for undergraduate students to satisfy some of the requirements of the master’s degree while they are completing the bachelor’s degree in Mathematics.
