Facilities
The Student Union has four meeting rooms available for use by registered student organizations and University faculty and staff. These rooms are available only for University-sponsored events and programs. In addition, the Union has blue boards, booths and the electronic sign on Drive A that can be reserved for promoting organizations and activities.
Rooms
Galaxy Rooms, SU 2.602
Best suited for special events that attract a large number of people, the Galaxy Room area is actually one large space that can be divided into two or three separate rooms. The Galaxy Rooms can accommodate 50 to 300 people comfortably.
Phoenix Room, SU 2.508
Best suited for a lecture-style meeting, the Phoenix Room is set up with 3 rectangular tables and 50 chairs.
Gemini Room, SU 2.504
Configured for a conference-style meeting, the Gemini Room is set up with 8 rectangular tables and 20 chairs.
Pegasus Room, SU 2.502
Configured for smaller meetings, the Pegasus Room is set up with 1 large conference table and 14 chairs.
Room Availability
Students, faculty or staff who wish to use one of the Student Union's meeting rooms for an event should check for room availability before submitting a room request.

Reserve a Room
After checking for room availability, students, faculty or staff who wish to reserve a room for their events must complete and submit the electronic room request form.
Request a Blue Board
Blue boards are an excellent way to promote an organization, event or other cause and can be reserved through the electronic blue board request form
Request a Booth
Booths are another way to promote an organization, event or other cause and can be reserved through the electronic booth request form.
Electronic Sign Request
Student organizations also may request to have their events advertised on the electronic marquee located on Drive A, next to the Conference Center, through the electronic sign request form.
