Faculty and Staff Participating in Graduation

Commencement ceremonies are held in the Activities Center on campus. Each ceremony lasts about two hours.

Faculty and professional staff participating in the ceremonies may rent academic regalia from the UT Dallas Bookstore. Please make arrangements with the bookstore to reserve your regalia. For more information, call them at 972-883-2665.

Faculty members participating in the Commencement line march are to assemble in the faculty area in the Activity Center no later than 30 minutes prior to the beginning of their ceremony.

Faculty and staff who are not participating but want to attend the ceremony should request tickets from the Office of the President.
