Rules and RegulationsThe Office of the Registrar only certifies enrolled UTD credit hours. If you are also taking classes elsewhere, you must ask each institution to certify its own hours. We issue enrollment certification for each term only after Census Day. Future semesters/terms cannot be certified. You do not need enrollment certification for student loan deferment. The Office of the Registrar automatically sends all enrollment information to the National Student Clearinghouse each semester after Census Day. If your lender has not received the information or needs additional information, ask your lender to check the National Student Clearinghouse database first. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may then e-mail the Office of the Registrar for assistance. Are you a full or part time student? Check the Status Classification site for more information. |
