Decision Makers from the Shiman Prefecture are Looking for Partners

On Thursday, Feb. 16 a delegation from Japan will discuss collaboration/investment opportunities. The presentation, which will begin at 3:30 p.m. in the Davidson Auditorium (SOM 1.118) of The University of Texas at Dallas, is free and open to the public. A reception will follow.

A 21-member delegation from the Shimane Prefecture, Japan is interested in collaborating with business, industrial, and technology leaders.

This is an excellent opportunity to meet the members of the delegation and pave the way for future partnerships.

The leaders are involved in a wide range of industry and business from electronics and materials to semi-conductors and liquid crystals to construction and shock absorbing rubber EXGEL to solar cells and even sake production!

About the Shimane Prefecture

Located in Southeast Japan, the Shimane Prefecture has 11 industrial parks and 4 seaside industrial parks, including the Shimane Research Business Park - a research and development oriented business park in the capital, Matsue City.
