If you are serving alcoholic beverages, having the following form approved and send it to Food Services:

If you are not catering through Aramark, UTD's food services provider, you must fill out and submit the following form:

Notes

• You can request pitchers of ice water and cups to save money on bottled water.
• Turn in your catering request at least 10 business days prior to the event.
• When Food Services faxes you the contract, look it over carefully. Don't forget to sign it and fax it back.
• Only events sponsored by the U.T. System or component institutions may serve alcohol on campus. This does not include events sponsored by registered student organizations.
• Food Services now handles setup in the Regency Rooms. Include the details of your setup in your request form.
